Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how FundHub360 uses cookies and similar technologies on fundhub360.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Effective date: September 13, 2026 · FundHub360 (fundhub360.com)

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and software development kits (SDKs) that store or read identifiers. Together we call these “cookies.”

2. Why we use cookies

  • Keep you signed in and secure your session.
  • Remember preferences such as role context or UI choices.
  • Process payments and prevent fraud with our payment partners.
  • Understand how the Platform performs (for example error rates and page load health).
  • Measure whether product features are working as intended.

3. Types of cookies we use

Essential cookies are required for the Platform to function. Without them, sign-in, security, and checkout may not work. Preference cookies remember choices you make. Analytics cookies help us understand usage in aggregate. Third-party cookies may be set by providers such as Stripe when you complete a payment or connect a payout account.

  • Essential / security: authentication tokens, CSRF or bot-protection challenges (for example Cloudflare Turnstile on contact forms), load-balancing, and fraud prevention.
  • Functional: remembering dashboard state, dismissed notices, or locale-related preferences.
  • Analytics / performance (if enabled): aggregated traffic and feature usage to improve reliability. We do not use analytics cookies to sell your identity to advertisers.
  • Payments: cookies and storage used by Stripe.js and Stripe Checkout / Connect to process contributions and sponsorships securely.

4. How long cookies last

Session cookies expire when you close your browser or after a short idle period. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them. Authentication cookies typically last for the duration of your signed-in session or a limited renewal window designed for security.

5. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are placed by companies that help us operate FundHub360. Notable examples include Stripe (payments) and security/CDN providers that protect forms and traffic. Those providers may process information under their own policies. We encourage you to review Stripe’s privacy and cookie disclosures if you make or receive payments.

6. Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings (block, delete, or alert you before cookies are stored). Blocking essential cookies will prevent parts of the Platform—especially login and payments—from working.

Most browsers allow you to clear stored site data for fundhub360.com. Device-level “Do Not Track” signals are not consistently interpreted across the industry; where we offer an in-product preference for non-essential analytics, we will honor that choice.

7. Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy when our practices or providers change. The effective date above (September 13, 2026) will be revised when we post changes. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
